What the Netherlands flag emoji means

The Netherlands flag emoji is a horizontal red, white and blue tricolor. It is used for the Dutch national football team, for cycling and for King's Day on 27 April, when the country turns orange. Liberation Day on 5 May recalls the end of the German occupation in 1945. Orange is the royal house's color, so many posts pair it with the flag.

How to type the Netherlands flag emoji
