About AllCountryFlags

AllCountryFlags.com is a free reference to the flags of the world. For every country and territory we show an accurate image of the current flag, explain what its colors and symbols mean, give color codes for designers and printers, and tell the story of how the flag came to be.

Where our data comes from

Flag images are based on the vector drawings maintained by the Wikimedia Commons community, which follow the official specifications of each country. Basic country facts come from Wikidata. Color codes are measured directly from the flag artwork. Our texts are written and reviewed with care, and we correct them whenever a country changes its flag or a reader points out a mistake.
