The flag has a width-to-height ratio of 2:1. The Union Jack fills the upper-hoist canton, and the four red stars sit on the fly side, each with a white border. Reference colors from our data are dark blue #012169, red #C8102E and white #FFFFFF.
The stars are small and their white borders are part of the design, so use SVG for print and large banners to keep them crisp. For web pages a PNG of 640 to 960 px wide keeps the star outlines visible. Keep the 2:1 proportion, and do not change the number or the arrangement of the stars. The dark blue field works well on light backgrounds but can disappear on dark ones, so check the contrast before publishing.
