What the Lithuania flag emoji means

The Lithuania flag emoji shows yellow, green and red horizontal stripes. Lithuanians use it on 16 February for the Restoration of the State in 1918, on 11 March for the restoration of independence in 1990 and on 6 July for Statehood Day, which marks the coronation of King Mindaugas in 1253. It also appears for basketball, which is a national passion.
