The flag has a width-to-height ratio of 5:3, a little wider than the common 3:2 format. The field is red, #FF0000, and the sun is yellow, #FFFE00, with 40 rays and a stylised tyndyk lattice in its centre. The sun is the central symbol and must keep its number of rays, its proportions and its position. Avoid resizing the sun separately from the field. For print and large banners, use the SVG file, because the ray edges stay clear at any size. For websites and presentations, a PNG of 800 to 1200 px wide shows the rays well.
